I have been a practicing pediatrician for 20 years, the last 14 of those at Children’s Healthcare Associates. I did my undergraduate work at Occidental College, earned my medical degree at The University of Chicago, and completed my residency at The University of Michigan. Additionally, I completed a clinical scholar’s fellowship at UCLA.
In addition to general pediatrics, I specialize in obesity, ADHD, and preventive care. I enjoy working with children, adolescents, and their families to help them live a healthy lifestyle and to understand their true potential to practice lifelong healthy behaviors.
I am board certified in pediatrics with the American Board of Pediatrics, a Fellow of the American Academy of Pediatrics, and a member of the Illinois Medical Society. In addition, I am on the Credentialing Committee for Lurie Children’s Hospital (CCPA), and I contribute to the Lurie’s Clinically Integrated Network.
I live in Chicago with my wife and two children. When I am not treating patients, I like cooking, hiking, photography, traveling, and spending time with my family.
